Early 2024 NFL Mock Draft: Cardinals Get Caleb Williams And Top WR
9. Los Angeles Rams: J.T. Tuimoloau, EDGE, Ohio State
The Los Angeles Rams are back in the first round in this 2024 NFL Mock Draft, the first time since 2016. What better way to do that than address a premium position? J.T. Tuimoloau was a playmaking machine last season for Ohio State who is only getting better.
10. Chicago Bears (via CAR): Brock Bowers, TE, Georgia
The Chicago Bears get back-to-back selections here in this 2024 NFL Mock Draft, and what better way to continue to help Justin Fields than getting the best move tight end since Kyle Pitts in Brock Bowers. Bowers has underrated straight line speed and can make impressive contested grabs at his size. He’s a big receiver, but a great one.
11. Chicago Bears: Dallas Turner, EDGE, Alabama
The Bears swung on traits for their three-techniques to rush the passer from the interior, and now they get a stud in Dallas Turner to rush off the edge. The Matt Eberflus build on defense continues.
12. New England Patriots: Riley Leonard, QB, Duke
Is Mac Jones or Bailey Zappe the answer? It feels unlikely. Riley Leonard might not quite be on the 2024 NFL Draft radar just yet, but another leap at Duke and he’ll be linked as the perfect prospect for the Patriots to get the franchise back on track.
13. Atlanta Falcons: Jeremiah Trotter Jr., LB, Clemson
The Atlanta Falcons have their defense in a great spot. The only thing they are waiting on is improvements from the second-year guys. Jeremiah Trotter Jr. might be the guy who can captain the middle of the defense and complete the build for the birds.
14. New York Giants: Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
The New York Giants did get Jalin Hyatt, but they are still in that WR1 market. In this 2024 NFL Mock Draft, the Giants land the other Buckeye receiver in this draft, Emeka Egbuka. Egbuka is a smooth mover with the ability to also win down the field.
15. Denver Broncos: Bo Nix, QB, Oregon
The Denver Broncos are going to try to get Russell Wilson cooking this year, but what if it doesn’t happen? They could be in position to draft a QB in the 2024 NFL Draft, and they get their guy in Bo Nix here. Nix had a revival at Oregon this past year, and another strong season could land him in round one.
16. Seattle Seahawks: Michael Hall Jr., DT, Ohio State
The Seattle Seahawks look ready to contend after landing two studs in round one, as well as improving their pass rush. Michael Hall Jr. would be an excellent pairing at defensive tackle with Dre’Mont Jones to get after quarterbacks in the NFC.
