2023 NFL Draft: Round 3 Begins!

64. HOU-Siaki Ika, DT, Baylor

65. HOU-Nathaniel “Tank” Dell, WR, Houston

66. PHI-Jonathan Mingo, WR, Ole Miss

67. DEN-Luke Wypler, IOL, Ohio State

68. DEN-Darius Rush, CB, South Carolina

With their first two selections of the 2023 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos add two players with a high level of athleticism and valuable experience at the highest level of college football. Wypler was the starting center for the Ohio State Buckeyes the last two seasons and Rush is a boundary corner who has played at South Carolina since 2019 after switching from wide receiver to defensive back. Both have plenty of upside and could develop into impact players in Denver.

69. LAR-Byron Young, EDGE, Tennessee

70. LV-Nick Saldiveri, OL, Old Dominion

71. NO-Clark Phillips III, CB, Utah

72. TEN-Hendon Hooker, QB, Tennessee

73. HOU-Tre’Vius Hodges-Tomlinson, CB, TCU

74. CLE-Derick Hall, EDGE, Auburn

The Cleveland Browns love SEC players and Derick Hall is a very underrated edge prospect whose lack of ideal height and length may cause him to fall, but his experience, power, athleticism, and production could make him a steal for a team looking for someone to see the field a lot opposite of Myles Garrett on the defensive end.

75. ATL-Tyler Scott, WR, Cincinnati

76. NE-Nick Herbig, EDGE, Wisconsin

77. LAR-Daiyan Henley, LB, Washington State

78. GB-Tyler Steen, OT, Alabama

79. IND-Sydney Brown, SAF, Illinois

80. PIT-Andre Carter II, EDGE, Army

81. AZ-Devon Achane, RB, Texas A&M

82. TB-Zach Charbonnet, RB, UCLA

83. SEA-Luke Schoonmaker, TE, Michigan

84. MIA-Blake Freeland, OL, BYU

85. LAC-Isaiah McGuire, EDGE, Missouri

86. BAL-Riley Moss, CB, Iowa

87. MIN-Moro Ojomo, DL, Texas

88. JAC-Zach Harrison, EDGE, Ohio State

89. NYG-Rashee Rice, WR, SMU

90. DAL-Tucker Kraft, TE, South Dakota State

91. BUF-DeMarvion Overshown, LB, Texas

92. CIN-Jordan Battle, DB, Alabama

93. CAR-Michael Wilson, WR, Stanford

94. AZ-Cory Trice, CB, Purdue

95. KC-Jartavius “Quan” Martin, DB, Illinois

96. AZ-Karl Brooks, DL, Bowling Green

97. WAS-Roschon Johnson, RB, Texas

98. CLE-Gervon Dexter Sr., DT, Florida

99. SF-Jammie Robinson, DB, Florida State

100. LV-Chandler Zavala, OL, NC State

101. SF-K.J. Henry, EDGE, Clemson

102. SF-Andrew Vorhees, IOL, USC

Our final team to discuss, with their first pick not coming until the compensatory portion of the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft, the San Francisco 49ers have three of the last four picks of the round. With them, they add another versatile defensive back to play alongside All-Pro Talanoa Hufanga, a traitsy edge rusher, and an offensive guard that would likely be off the board already if he hadn’t torn his ACL at the Combine.
