Our final 3-round mock draft is here! In the last article of the draft cycle, the Titans and Raiders trade up for quarterbacks, Bijan Robinson finds a new home in LA, and the Eagles get even better.

1. Carolina Panthers – Bryce Young, QB, Alabama

The Panthers have made it clear that Bryce Young will be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft and become the face of the franchise. The Alabama star displays pinpoint accuracy, poise under pressure, and an “it” factor that is impossible to quantify. QB1 heads to Carolina.

2. Houston Texans – Will Anderson Jr., EDGE, Alabama

After much discussion, the Texans decide to pass on quarterback following the selection of Young. DeMeco Ryans tabs Will Anderson as the building block of his defense in Houston. Anderson offers a wide array of pass-rushing moves and is more than capable as a run stuffer. The Texans land arguably the best player at No. 2 in this mock draft.

Cardinals Send:

•No. 3 Overall

Titans Send:

•No. 11 Overall

•No. 41 Overall

•2024 1st Round Pick

3. Tennessee Titans – Will Levis, QB, Kentucky

The Titans have quietly been surveying the quarterback class, and rather than sitting at No. 11 and hoping for a slide, new general manager Ran Carthon makes a blockbuster move to acquire Will Levis. The Kentucky signal-caller is a polarizing prospect, but his arm talent, mobility, and leadership quality will win a franchise over. In this mock draft, it is the Titans.

4. Indianapolis Colts – Anthony Richardson, QB, Florida

With CJ Stroud still on the board, the Colts must think long and hard about this decision. Stroud is the safer option, but Anthony Richardson flashes the potential to be an equalizer in the stacked quarterback-heavy AFC. Richardson’s one-of-one athleticism and rocket launcher arm head to Indy to pair with new head coach Shane Steichen.
