17. Pittsburgh Steelers: Darnell Wright, OT, Tennessee

While they missed out on the corner with the Pittsburgh family ties, the Steelers should be happy with landing a sure-fire starting right tackle in Darnell Wright. While they would still have a long way to go in reshaping a very thin and weak offensive line, adding a mauler and impressive all-around player like Wright would at least give them some stability at right tackle, allowing Chuks Okarafor and Dan Moore Jr. to battle it out at left tackle, barring another move to land a true starter there as well.

18. Detroit Lions: Bijan Robinson, RB, Texas

Finding a landing spot for Bijan Robinson is the hardest thing to do in any 2023 NFL Mock Draft and here he ends up in Detroit to add to an already stacked offense. The Lions seem to hate using D’Andre Swift and let touchdown-machine Jamaal Williams leave in free agency, so they could definitely be looking for a workhorse back of the future. they did give former Bears running back David Montgomery a fairly hefty check this offseason, but I would not let that stop me from bringing in a generational talent like Robinson.

19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Anton Harrison, OT, Oklahoma

This pick is the definition of drafting for need over drafting the best player available, but the way the roster is looking for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers right now, they absolutely have to get a left tackle. Anton Harrison is by no means a bad player. He is a very solid left tackle with size, athleticism, and experience to come in and play right away for a rebuilding Tampa team who will likely have fellow Oklahoma alum Baker Mayfield at the helm in 2023.

20. Seattle Seahawks: Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Ohio State

After landing arguably the best overall player in the draft class, the Seahawks snag the top wide receiver in this 2023 NFL Mock Draft, as well. Tyler Lockett isn’t getting any younger and D’Wayne Eskridge has not worked out as the third wide receiver in Seattle. Jaxon Smith-Njigba can play in the slot or on the outside and is a perfect intermediate route runner to the home run and jump-ball threats of Lockett and D.K. Metcalf for resurgent quarterback Geno Smith.
