The four quarterbacks, a trio of corners and receivers, Bijan Robinson, and Keion White are among those headed to KC for round 1 of the 2023 NFL Draft.

Mark your calendars and start those countdowns. The 2023 NFL Draft kicks off just two weeks from tonight in Kansas City. While we continue to sift through the intrigue, the first player list of attendees for that first night in KC is out, thanks to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

A quick first look would be pretty standard. All four quarterbacks (Bryce Young, C.J. Stroud, Anthony Richardson, and Will Levis) are set to attend, and all four will be selected Thursday night. Bijan Robinson is set to attend as well. Three of the top cornerbacks (Christian Gonzalez, Joey Porter Jr., Devon Witherspoon) will be there, as will three receivers (Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Zay Flowers, Jordan Addison).

But if we look closer, there are a couple of interesting names. If you would’ve seen this before the combine, Brian Branch wouldn’t be as shocking. But, he’s taken a tumble after the athletic testing, leading many to believe it will be late round one for him, if he’s selected at all in the first round. Then, there’s Keion White from Georgia Tech. If one remembers Senior Bowl week, Daniel Jeremiah of NFL dot com released his initial top 50, and White came in at number eight. That was shocking at the time, and because Jeremiah is plugged in, many started putting him in the first round of mock drafts.

Now, sitting two weeks from the 2023 NFL Draft, White’s name pops up again here. Mock drafts have been all over the place with White recently, from the late first all the way into the heart of day two in the 50s. It seems clear now that the NFL likes him a good deal, and with teams needing help along the defensive line everywhere in the first round, he has strong odds to be picked.

It will be interesting to see what other names pup up on the list, but these 17 are confirmed, and their odds of going high in the 2023 NFL Draft are very good.
