25. New York Giants: Jordan Addison, WR, USC

The New York Giants added a receiving tight end in Darren Waller, but they still are lacking a true WR1 on the perimeter. Jordan Addison didn’t test extremely well at the combine, but we know what he is as a prospect. Addison is a natural separator at receiver, utilizing what speed he has to sell vertically, along with using his head and shoulders to sell double moves. His route breaks are extremely efficient, and he can win in three phases.

26. Dallas Cowboys: Mazi Smith, DL, Michigan

The Dallas Cowboys got their receiver in Brandin Cooks, and now it’s time to fix the run defense. This 2023 NFL Mock Draft has them landing the perfect player to help fix that in round one in Mazi Smith. Smith’s power at the point of attack to handle double teams is impressive. If he improves his pad level, his ability to generate pressure as a pass rusher will only get better.

27. Buffalo Bills: Adetomiwa Adebawore, DL, Northwestern

The Buffalo Bills cannot afford to lose in the trenches again, so getting someone else to get after the quarterback other than Von Miller is important. We’ve seen the ridiculous rise of Adetomiwa Adebawore, and he has the ability to get after the quarterback from multiple alignments. Adebawore’s great hand placement and pass rush moves will provide that interior spark.

28. Cincinnati Bengals: Darnell Washington, TE, Georgia

The Cincinnati Bengals could add one of the tackles available to play right tackle opposite Orlando Brown, but maybe they still believe in La’El Collins. Instead, they add a third tackle in the form of a tight end. Darnell Washington could immediately bolster an improving run game in Cincinnati, and his ability to dominate the catch point and win in the red zone will further stress defenses in the passing game.
