25. Baltimore Ravens: Rashee Rice, WR, SMU

The Baltimore Ravens have often gone the road of best player available, but it’s time for the Ravens to give Lamar Jackson more weapons on the perimeter (and subsequently target them). Rashee Rice cracks the first round of this 2023 NFL Mock Draft for good reason. He’s impressive after the catch, a ball-winner, and has proven to be effective as a deep threat as well.

26. New York Jets: Anton Harrison, OT, Oklahoma

The Jets need offensive line help, period. Hopefully Mekhi Becton returns, but there’s always been something off with the relationship between Becton and the Jets. Anton Harrison is a powerful tackle who can handle the scheme that Mike LaFleur runs.

27. Dallas Cowboys: Darnell Washington, TE, Georgia

Many expected a tight end to be picked in the first round of this 2023 NFL Mock Draft, but maybe not Darnell Washington. Washington will likely become a darling of the draft process after he posts wild numbers at the combine. He’s a sixth offensive lineman out there at times and a dangerous red zone threat.

28. New York Giants: Cam Smith, CB, South Carolina

Losing James Bradberry has hurt the Giants secondary quite a bit, and they capitalize on getting Cam Smith this late in this 2023 NFL Mock Draft. Smith’s 2021 tape is proof that he has what it takes to be a shutdown corner.

29. Kansas City Chiefs: Matthew Bergeron, OT, Syracuse

The Chiefs just aren’t cutting it at tackle right now, and they shouldn’t bring back Orlando Brown after he refused the extension offer back in the offseason. Matthew Bergeron will help both phases of the game for the Chiefs to keep that offense humming.

30. Minnesota Vikings: Nolan Smith, EDGE, Georgia

Even with Danielle Hunter and Za’Darius Smith on the roster, there’s no reason to necessarily think short-term in Minnesota. Getting pressure is the name of the game on defense, and hopefully they’ll get a boost in the secondary from their rookies in 2023. Nolan Smith suffered a pectoral injury that was season ending, but his combination of power and explosiveness at 235 pounds is incredible.

31. Buffalo Bills: O’Cyrus Torrence, G, Florida

There aren’t a ton of pressing needs for the Buffalo Bills right now, so continuing to fortify the offensive line is something worth doing. O’Cyrus Torrence is a mauler in a phone booth and in the run game, and he’ll pave open lanes and protect Josh Allen.

32. Philadelphia Eagles: Jahmyr Gibbs, RB, Alabama

Now is the time for the luxury pick in this 2023 NFL Mock Draft. The Eagles can afford to do this, especially with Miles Sanders in his last year of his rookie deal. Jahmyr Gibbs would provide another explosive element to this offense and be another reliable pass-catcher for Jalen Hurts.
