9. Philadelphia Eagles (via NO): Myles Murphy, EDGE, Clemson

The Philadelphia Eagles are enjoying the spoils of a 7-0 start and a top 10 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. If they don’t win it all this season, they’re perfectly set up to reload while Jalen Hurts is on a rookie deal. We know they love investing in the trenches, and edge is a good place to start in this 2023 NFL Mock Draft. Myles Murphy is an imposing rusher that can win with his power and length. His long arm move devastates tackles.

10. Seattle Seahawks (via DEN): Will Levis, QB, Kentucky

Maybe this has become a bit tired at this point, but things line up here. The Seattle Seahawks are enjoying success with Geno Smith, but is it enough at the quarterback position to get back to the biggest stage? Will Levis is running this system at Kentucky right now, and he has the tools to succeed in an offense like this in the NFL if he can cut down on turnovers.

11. Arizona Cardinals: Joey Porter Jr., CB, Penn State

The Arizona Cardinals are a team that has enough firepower on offense to hang in shootouts on any given Sunday. What needs serious help is the defense. Arizona doesn’t have a shutdown corner, and Joey Porter Jr. would change that. He can be dominant in press coverage and stays physical to disrupt timing throughout routes.

12. Chicago Bears: Quentin Johnston, WR, TCU

The Chicago Bears are starting to gain some rhythm on offense. Justin Fields doesn’t have the full keys to the car, but he’s going through driver’s ed and looking good doing so. The run game is thriving with David Montgomery and Khalil Herbert. What Fields needs is a WR1, and he gets the guy in this 2023 NFL Mock Draft. Quentin Johnston is a true vertical threat with the size to win contested balls. He thrives with positioning himself to succeed post-catch as well.
