25. Baltimore Ravens: Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Ohio State

The Baltimore Ravens offense is Lamar Jackson right now. J.K. Dobbins is still getting acclimated, and while Mark Andrews is a safety valve, Jackson has done so much by himself this season. Getting a running mate for Rashod Bateman would be beneficial, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba might be the perfect “Z” to the “X” that is Bateman. Smith-Njigba has the route running chops to attack leverage and separate, can win at the catch point, and has great feel and vision post-catch.

26. Tennessee Titans: Tucker Kraft, TE, South Dakota State

The Tennessee Titans should look to the offensive line yet again, but in this 2023 NFL Mock Draft, another offensive lineman might be a reach at this point. Instead, they look to beefing up the receiving unit, getting Tucker Kraft at tight end. He has the route running chops to be a factor in the passing game, and the size and power to play inline.

27. New York Giants: Hendon Hooker, QB, Tennessee

The New York Giants have been outstanding this season, and Brian Daboll deserves a ton of credit for it. It’s put them out of Young/Stroud territory, but they get a talented passer here late in Hendon Hooker. Hooker is a very good decision maker who wins from the pocket, and he’s got the deep ball that Daniel Jones does without the turnover issues.

28. Dallas Cowboys: Devon Witherspoon, CB, Illinois

Dallas might be the most dangerous team in the NFC when Dak Prescott returns, because of how good the defense is playing. Still, they could use a running mate opposite Trevon Diggs. Devon Witherspoon deserves way more hype than he’s getting. He plays a physical brand of ball in press and always helps in run support. His play recognition is impressive, and he has good ball skills in coverage.
