13. Arizona Cardinals: Kelee Ringo, CB, Georgia

The Arizona Cardinals could go several ways here in this 2023 NFL Mock Draft, as their defense needs work along with their offensive line. If they don’t like the tackle group, getting someone on the defensive side of the ball with limitless tools and potential is their MO. Kelee Ringo has the elite size and speed to play corner.

14. Detroit Lions (via LAR): Clark Phillips III, CB, Utah

The Lions landed Stroud already in this 2023 NFL Mock Draft, and they are back up with the Rams selection, which is much earlier in the order right now than expected. Detroit can’t stop anybody right now, and while the breakout of Jeff Okudah is fun to watch, he needs help in the secondary. Clark Phillips isn’t the biggest corner, but he plays physical and is very sticky in man coverage.

15. New England Patriots: Drew Sanders, LB, Arkansas

The New England Patriots are finding a way with Bailey Zappe holding down the fort, and that starts with trench play. Christian Barmore and Davon Godcheaux are playing excellent, as is rookie Cole Strange on the other side of the ball. They are missing a true difference maker at linebacker, and Drew Sanders can be that guy. He can play off the ball or line up as a SAM/rush backer on the edge.

16. Jacksonville Jaguars: Quentin Johnston, WR, TCU

Trevor Lawrence hasn’t been at his best in the past two weeks, but no need for the panic button, as everyone always highlights the negative with young players. The Jaguars did improve the receiver room in the offseason, but they don’t have a WR1 just yet. Quentin Johnson has the size and elite acceleration, but also positions himself well with deceptive footwork to create big opportunities after the catch.
