9. Miami Dolphins (via SF) – Bijan Robinson, RB, Texas

I can already hear the Miami fans yelling at me for this one, but I’m doing it anyway. The Miami Dolphins’ high-powered offense is shredding opponents through the air, but the run game has been noticeably lacking with a meager 3.5 yards-per-carry as a team. Bijan Robinson will unlock a new level for Mike McDaniel’s unit with his top-tier vision and unrivaled explosiveness out of the backfield. I can dream, can’t I??

10. Indianapolis Colts – Will Levis, QB, Kentucky

The Indianapolis Colts have stumbled out of the gate, and while quarterback Matt Ryan is far down on the list of blame, the writing is on the wall that he’s not the future of the position in Indy. Will Levis will give general manager Chris Ballard a quarterback on a rookie deal that can sit behind Ryan in 2023 before taking over. The Kentucky QB has a rocket launcher right arm, possesses an ideal frame, and opens up the playbook with his ability to run.

11. Atlanta Falcons – Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Ohio State

The Falcons need help in a few areas, but they all felt like a reach so Jaxon Smith-Njigba… welcome to the ATL! The Ohio State star has yet to get going in 2022, as he’s dealt with a lingering hamstring injury suffered in week one, but there’s little concern about his potential in the NFL.

JSN is a superb route runner that creates separation at an elite level. He is not the fastest guy in the world, but it’s as though he gains a couple of tenths of a second on his 40-yard dash when the ball is in his hands. He’ll mesh perfectly with Drake London, Kyle Pitts, and potentially Calvin Ridley. That’d be an absurd quartet.

12. Houston Texans (via CLE) – Bryan Bresee, DL, Clemson

Bryan Bresee is one of the ten best players in the 2023 NFL Draft, so the Houston Texans get a steal by getting him at No. 12 in our latest mock draft. Bresee mans the middle of the Clemson defensive line, and like Carter, he generates pressure from the interior making life easier for the pass rushers that flank him. Adding Bryan Bresee and Will Anderson Jr. to the front seven has the potential to make the defense exponentially better from day one.
