NFL Rookie Rankings: DBs, Houston Texans Excel In Week One
21. Jordan Davis, Eagles
Jordan Davis made the most of his week one snaps, freeing up linebackers to make plays in the run game and eating up double teams. He’s tough to move off his spot, and proved a difficult task for even Frank Ragnow for a couple reps.
22. Evan Neal, Giants
Evan Neal played a strong game in pass pro for the Giants, showing off his nimble footwork and improved balance. As he traverses through a tough schedule of rushers, it’ll be interesting to note his progress.
23. Cade York, Browns
Yes, we’re putting a kicker on here! Anytime you hit a game winner with some Rory McIlory-esque draw on the ball, it’s worth a spot. Cade York fits right in with a division that’s known for excellent kickers.
24. Braxton Jones, Bears
A day three pick from Southern Utah, Braxton Jones impressed with his quick feet and play strength in one of the tougher draws in an opener of which you can ask. Throwing him in the fire is a good call for a team that’s rebuilding.
25. Ed Ingram, Vikings
It was a tale of two phases for Ed Ingram, but his performance as a people-mover in the run game earns him the final spot on the rankings.
NFL Rookie Rankings: Honorable Mentions

Tyler Linderbaum started to figure things out handling the bull rush late against the Jets. Martin Emerson did a good job limiting yardage after the catch, and joins what should be a phenomenal secondary
