25. Dallas Cowboys: Isaiah Foskey, EDGE, Notre Dame

The Dallas Cowboys are loaded with star power, but their depth leaves a lot to be desired. Take edge rusher for instance. Micah Parsons will drop down a ton to rush opposite Demarcus Lawrence, but getting a rusher to keep Parsons in the middle of the defense would be helpful. Isaiah Foskey is an athletic freak rushing on the edge, and refining his craft more will produce an elite prospect at the position.

26. Cincinnati Bengals: Joey Porter Jr., CB, Penn State

The Cincinnati Bengals did add plenty in the secondary, and both Dax Hill and Cam Taylor-Britt could see playing time this season. Corner could still be a priority this offseason, and this 2023 NFL Mock Draft has the Bengals going with Joey Porter Jr. The Penn State corner could end up challenging for CB1 in the 2023 NFL Draft.

27. Detroit Lions (via LAR): Jaren Hall, QB, BYU

After going corner early, the Detroit Lions finally pull the trigger at quarterback. It’s tough figuring out who the breakout player will be to rise into first round conversation. Jaren Hall might be the one, and his arm talent, processing skills, and playmaking ability make for an intriguing player, even though he’ll be 25 as a rookie.

28. Green Bay Packers: Antonio Johnson, S, Texas A&M

The Green Bay Packers could have a tackle need next offseason depending on how David Bakhtiari looks this season, but replacing Darnell Savage might also be the priority. Antonio Johnson is a size/speed prospect at safety that fits the bill of picking a player with potential.
