17. Tennessee Titans: Jordan Battle, S, Alabama

The Tennessee Titans are another team with issues along the offensive line. It’ll be interesting to see what Dillon Radunz and Nicholas Petit-Frere do this season, but again, the offensive line class is a tough sell right now. The question mark is whether or not Amani Hooker returns, as he’s a free agent in 2023. Jordan Battle would be a pretty good replacement, as he’s effective near the line of scrimmage and in coverage.

18. Philadelphia Eagles: Brandon Joseph, S, Notre Dame

The Eagles have placed priority on the offensive and defensive line early in the NFL Draft, but it’s finally time to break the streak and add to the secondary. Safety is a position that needs help, and Brandon Joseph would be great on the back end. He had eight picks in 2020 and transferred to Notre Dame after a rough 2021. A bounce back year will have him in first round conversation.

19. Baltimore Ravens: Jordan Addison, WR, USC

The Baltimore Ravens are the kings of value, and that doesn’t change in this 2023 NFL Mock Draft. Rashod Bateman should break out in 2022, but they don’t have a legit WR2 right now. Jordan Addison has the route running prowess, toughness, and post-catch ability to succeed catching passes from Lamar Jackson.

20. Arizona Cardinals: Eli Ricks, CB, Alabama

The Cardinals are a team in disarray, and they can’t seem to figure out what their identity is. On defense, they’re figuring out how to use both linebackers and hoping Marco Wilson can be a successful perimeter corner. It feels unlikely, and corner should be at the top of the list in 2023. Eli Ricks has plenty to prove, but his tools can still make him a first-round pick next spring.
