According to nearly everyone who has an opinion on the Cleveland Browns, their biggest need is at wide receiver. Many expect the team to select a wideout with pick 13 of the 2022 NFL Draft, but either way, bringing in a reliable veteran target is essential of the success of the Kevin Stefanski’s offense.

Allen Robinson would be an ideal target for the Cleveland Browns, who seem to be likely to move on from veteran receiver Jarvis Landry. Robinson is an experienced NFL veteran who is still just 28 years old. He can be a true number one receiver for a team that desperately needs one.

Robinson has suffered from some pretty terrible quarterback play throughout his football career. After seeing Baker Mayfield’s performance last season, Robinson may not be inclined to sign with a team that he is quarterbacking.

For the Cleveland Browns, Allen Robinson would offer a true X-receiver that can line up outside and beat any type of coverage thrown at him. He is not a blazer with speed, but is an elite route runner with great size and impressive hands. Adding Robinson to the mix with Donovan Peoples-Jones, Anthony Schwartz, likely a rookie wide receiver and possible still Jarvis Landry would give Baker Mayfield a solid array of targets for his bounce-back attempt in 2022.
