Morgan Moses, Right Tackle

(2 yr / 15 mil)

The Denver Broncos might elect to bring back Bobby Massie, considering their relationship after Massie started at right tackle for the team in 2021. However, I believe it would be better to go after free-agent Morgan Moses. Moses is solid in every sense of the word. Solid frame. Solid work ethic. Solid production. This is exactly what Denver needs now that they have a franchise quarterback in tow. They should still look to draft a tackle to develop in the middle rounds, but Moses could be a great stopgap option for the next season (or maybe even two).

Marcus Maye, Safety

(2 yr / 12 mil)

Marcus Maye is another player that spent the 2021 NFL season with the New York Jets. The selling point for Maye is that he is scheme-versatile and can fit with any team in free agency that’s looking for safety help. Why should the Denver Broncos target him? Maye ended 2021 injured, which might lead to a discount on a player with great potential. Even at age 28, he will be able to slot in as a starter with Justin Simmons to create a formidable duo and allow the team to groom Caden Sterns slowly.
