The New York Giants get some much-needed reinforcements along the offensive line in this seven round 2022 NFL Mock Draft.

The New York Giants are one of the most interesting teams in the 2022 NFL Draft. Armed with five picks in the first three rounds, the Giants have the draft capital to make a big splash and improve the roster on the first two days.

With a new staff in place, headlined by new general manager Joe Schoen, brought in from the wildly successful Buffalo Bills, the Giants could have the recipe for a turnaround. Brian Daboll should give the offense a boost as well, and could help facilitate a jump for Daniel Jones, even if it’s an outside shot.

The way to help that process is by getting the offensive line back on track. Andrew Thomas has become an impressive left tackle, taking a major leap in his second season. The issue is that there’s not much around him. That’ll be a focus in free agency as well as the 2022 NFL Draft.

Schoen’s approach will be something to watch, as it’s possible they are a team that focuses on traits and ceiling, and will build out the trenches while also making sure they can be efficient passing the football and defending the pass.
