Houston. Logan Hall. 29. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. DL. 59

Logan Hall has been a personal draft crush of mine for a while now. I remember watching tape on 2021 first-round pick, Payton Turner, and not being able to take my eyes off of his teammate. He didn’t play much, but in those limited snaps, Hall flashed serious potential. He turned that potential into production in 2021 by showing up with a more refined technical prowess and a revamped body that easily passes the eye test.

A fun fit for Hall is the Miami Dolphins, and he’s the pick in this 2022 NFL Mock Draft. He can set up shop on the defensive line, providing the versatility to line up in numerous spots. Hall can bring consistent pressure from the interior, allowing Jaelan Phillips to take advantage while coming off the edge. The Dolphins have some great players in their secondary, and adding to the pass rush will take the defense to a new tier.

Pick Analysis. 30. Scouting Report. WR. Western Michigan. Skyy Moore. player. 124

The Chiefs are always in contention as long as #15 is still around. That doesn’t mean they shouldn’t continue to add talent around him, though. For the last couple seasons, Kansas City has lacked a serious threat on the outside to pair with the dynamic Tyreek Hill. As great as Mahomes is, it still puts a ceiling on the group if Mecole Hardman, Demarcus Robinson, and Byron Pringle are getting all the snaps at WR2.

Western Michigan wide receiver Skyy Moore is an ideal target for the Chiefs. Moore has sure hands, only being charged with four drops on 125 targets in 2021. He secured 95 of those targets and turned them into 1292 yards through the air and ten touchdowns. He is a surprisingly polished route-runner and has some of the best breakaway speed that I have ever laid my eyes on. Adding Moore and his potential sub-4.3 speed to an offense that also has Tyreek Hill should be illegal.
