2022 NFL Mock Draft: Three Tackles Go Top Five, Panthers Select QB
29. Tennessee Titans: Darian Kinnard, OT, Kentucky
They’ve thrown high picks at the offensive line in recent drafts, selecting Isaiah Wilson in round one two years ago and Dillon Radunz on day two last year, but the Tennessee Titans haven’t found their right tackle since Jack Conklin left.
In this 2022 NFL Mock Draft, they hopefully finish up that search. Darian Kinnard has been a beast on the right side for Kentucky this season, and he has the frame, power, and finishing skills to be a dominant run blocker in the NFL.
30. Dallas Cowboys: Devin Lloyd, LB, Utah
It might seem crazy to say, but the Dallas Cowboys do need some help at linebacker. Micah Parsons moves around for them, and Leighton Vander Esch hasn’t rediscovered his form since the neck injury. Devin Lloyd would be a great get for the Cowboys here. Like Parsons, Lloyd can rush the passer too, but has the instincts, range, and eyes to dominate working downhill and in coverage.
31. Kansas City Chiefs: Jermaine Johnson II, EDGE, Florida State
The Chiefs are humming in all phases right now, but if anything can be improved for 2022, it’s the defensive front. Frank Clark hasn’t lived up to his contract, and Melvin Ingram might not return next season.
In this 2022 NFL Mock Draft, Jermaine Johnson II is the selection. He had a dominant season for the Seminoles after transferring from Georgia. Johnson has great skills defending the run and has a major ceiling to unlock as a pass rusher.
32. Green Bay Packers: Cameron Thomas, EDGE, San Diego State
The Packers round things out in this 2022 NFL Mock Draft, and they have a rocky offseason ahead of them. Both Smith brothers could be gone next season, leaving a hole on the edge. They need to improve up front, and Cameron Thomas would be a great get. His athleticism and production are a great combination, and he can threaten on the edge in multiple ways.
