23. Philadelphia Eagles (via IND): Roger McCreary, CB, Auburn

The Eagles finish things out here with their third of three first round selections, and the pick from the Colts is nearly official now with the snaps Carson Wentz has taken. The secondary could use a facelift after two picks in the trenches, and they roll with Auburn corner Roger McCreary in this 2022 NFL Mock Draft.

McCreary has flown under the radar in the SEC, which is tough to do. He’s done his job super well all year long, and has made things difficult for the top receivers in the conference. McCreary has the speed and quickness to handle receivers in man coverage, and stays physical throughout his reps. He’s got potential to make an impact from day one.

24. Detroit Lions (via LAR): Drake London, WR, USC

Yes, the Lions aren’t going with a quarterback here despite the options they have. Jared Goff isn’t playing horribly, and while extending him shouldn’t happen, there’s no reason he can’t run the show in 2022, especially when more weapons find their way to Detroit.

Drake London has the making of a WR1 for Detroit, as he’s a tall, long receiver with a great catch radius and the ability to win consistently in contested spots. He’s a smooth mover after the catch and is a better route runner than advertised.
