2022 NFL Mock Draft: Aidan Hutchinson to Jags In Two-Round Projection
19. New Orleans Saints: Garrett Wilson, WR, Ohio State
A wild victory over the Buccaneers has the New Orleans Saints back in playoff position with a few weeks remaining. Somehow, Taysom Hill is enough, but the quarterback position is still one to monitor this offseason. What the offense really needs is another threat at receiver opposite Michael Thomas, and they get that in this 2022 NFL Mock Draft.
Garrett Wilson is a dominant force in all three phases. He’s an excellent route runner who can separate against press, attack blind spots, and change tempo. His ability to attack and secure the football at the catch point is good, and he’s a threat after the catch with his quickness.
20. Buffalo Bills: Andrew Booth Jr., CB, Clemson
The Buffalo Bills have a huge game next week against the Patriots to potentially climb back into the AFC East lead. The offense looked much better on Sunday, but the defense will need to be better this time around against New England.
The Bills should look to strengthen the secondary in the offseason, and getting Andrew Booth in this 2022 NFL Mock Draft is excellent. Booth’s ball skills are unbelievable, and he does a great job with his eyes to read the quarterback and close quickly if necessary. His tackling skills are excellent as well, and he would be dynamite opposite Tre White.
