25. Baltimore Ravens: Jordan Battle, S, Alabama

There’s multiple areas I could see the Ravens addressing, most notably offensive line and safety.  In this 2022 NFL Mock Draft, Jordan Battle is still on the board, so they get solid value.

Battle is a valuable part of Alabama’s defense. He qualifies as a jack of all trades as he can line up all over the field as he can play from the slot, the box, and at free safety, and he’s effective in coverage, run defense, and pass rush. His impressive 90.2 grade from PFF is third best amongst safeties in college football this season.

26. Dallas Cowboys: Jordan Davis, DL, Georgia

The Cowboys defense has a lot of really good players on it, but they can still improve their depth. Adding Jordan Davis would fill what is probably the biggest positional need on their defense, as they lack a true run-stuffer in the middle of the defense.

Jordan Davis has been so good for Georgia this season that he’s drawing Heisman hype. He’s someone whose value goes beyond just what you see in the box score.

He is very powerful and can drive offensive linemen backwards and get them off balance. As a run defender, he is very good at recognizing where the run is going and driving linemen out of the way (or in the way of the run to stop it) to either free himself up to make a tackle or someone else.
