Round 5, 172nd Overall: Dylan Parham, OL, Memphis

Yes, a double down comes here late for the Las Vegas Raiders, and while the offensive line could look set for 2022, the depth isn’t very good right now. It’s hard to imagine they roll without having some depth. Here, they get a potential steal in Memphis offensive lineman Dylan Parham.

Parham played some tackle for Memphis, but moved back inside to his natural position in 2021. He plays with strong awareness to pick up and pass off stunts in pass protection, and does a great job staying balanced. His lateral quickness is impressive as well.

Round 7, 225th Overall: Jayden Reed, WR, Michigan State

It wouldn’t be a true Raiders mock draft without adding a little bit of speed at the end. As mentioned before, receiver is a position that lacks the big time playmakers. Hunter Renfrow is a strong separator and possession receiver, but he offers little in terms of vertical ability.

Michigan State’s Jayden Reed has the burst and long speed to win vertically, and is better at the catch point than expected with someone of his small stature. He can survive through contact and makes good adjustments with the ball in the air. Reed and Pierce could bring the explosive plays back to Vegas for the 2022 season.
