New York Giants 2022 Mock Draft: Fully Rebuilding The Offensive Line
Round 4, 108th Overall: Dohnovan West, IOL, Arizona State
The rebuild ends here for the New York Giants, as we finish with addressing the center position. Billy Price has done alright as a stopgap option, but finding the long term answer is possible with the depth in the 2022 NFL Draft.
Dohnovan West would be an intriguing option for the Giants here at the start of day three. He’s a strong finisher who also has impressive movement skills to work in zone or power concepts. West has the versatility to play center and guard when called upon, but his best tape (and projection) is at the center position.
Round 5, 147th Overall: Will Levis, QB, Kentucky
No matter what the New York Giants do in terms of addressing the quarterback position, finding a suitable backup would be a good call. Whether it’s Daniel Jones or even Russell Wilson in 2022, Mike Glennon and Jake Fromm aren’t likely to end up backups next season.
It’s unclear if he’ll enter the 2022 NFL Draft at this point, but Will Levis is an intriguing day three quarterback who made a ton of noise in 2021. Levis has a solid arm and flashed good placement on the deep ball for the Wildcats. With some development, Levis can become a capable backup and spot starter for the Giants.
