1. UCLA

Playing under Chip Kelly would not be interesting for Rattler and his skill set, but it would make UCLA must-watch television.

UCLA has always been a basketball school, but landing Rattler in the transfer program would bring more eyes to the team. With Kelly’s high octane offensive scheme, we could witness the second coming of Marcus Mariota, who won the Heisman while playing for Kelly at Oregon.

Rattler is a strong-armed quarterback who has displayed above-average athleticism. In Kelly’s offense, Rattler would be able to display his entire skill set.

While he won’t have the same assortment of weapons as he had at Oklahoma (especially Marvin Mims, who could be considered a top three wideout prospect in the 2023 class), it will fall more on him to produce.

With current quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson as a senior, Rattler would come in and be the odds on favorite to start for the Bruins. Rattler has even been crystal-balled to UCLA, according to 247 sports.

However, with Zach Charbonnet likely headed to the NFL Draft and Brittan Brown likely playing his last game with the Bruins in the Holiday Bowl, the Bruins will need running game production as well as an upgrade in wideouts.

Playing under Chip Kelly will likely be the best way for Rattler to improve his draft stock and he would be able to face his old coach.
