21. New Orleans Saints: Treylon Burks, WR, Arkansas

The New Orleans Saints are going through a quarterback conundrum without Jameis Winston, and it’s hard to imagine they commit to him long term. Still, this is a unit that’s lived off of Drew Brees and has sparingly upgraded the wide receiver position. They do so in this 2022 NFL Mock Draft.

Treylon Burks possesses an impressive size and speed combination for a receiver prospect in the 2022 NFL Draft. He can threaten vertically down the field and can be a nightmare after the catch. He’s got excellent ball skills and body control to be a red zone threat as well.

22. New England Patriots: Chris Olave, WR, Ohio State

The New England Patriots are thriving with Mac Jones at quarterback, and his ascension is extremely quick for a rookie. Despite the offense thriving, it would be good to find another reliable receiver.

Chris Olave is a precise route runner who doubles as a good deep threat. Those traits would help him succeed in a timing offense to build rapport with Jones, and give the Patriots a potential WR1 in the offense.

23. Kansas City Chiefs: Kingsley Enagbare, EDGE, South Carolina

The Chiefs may have found their rhythm, as Patrick Mahomes dominated Sunday night, throwing for five touchdowns. The defense still needs some help, especially behind Frank Clark and Melvin Ingram in the pass rushing department.

Kingsley Enagbare might be the best of the senior rushers. He’s been impressive in the SEC in his career, with good pop in his hands and good counters at contact. Getting pressure, more specifically quick pressure, would ease the headache in the secondary.

24. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Tyler Linderbaum, C, Iowa

The Buccaneers have hit a midseason wall, but it’s likely they won’t find themselves with many needs in the 2022 NFL Draft. Center could potentially be one, as Ryan Jensen will be a free agent this coming offseason.

If Tyler Linderbaum falls this far, as other talented centers have because of positional value, he’d be a great replacement. Despite being just 290 pounds, Linderbaum has a mean streak and can handle big, powerful interior linemen in pass protection and is a great athlete in space in the running game.
