2022 NFL Draft Big Board: Top 100 Features Defensive Prospects Rising
91. Justyn Ross, WR, Clemson
Things haven’t gone according to plan for Clemson this season, and we haven’t gotten to see many targets go Ross’ direction. If he can continue to work back from injury there’s still plenty to work with.
92. Dohnovan West, OL, Arizona State
A very good athlete with great movement skills, teams who run a lot of wide zone/outside zone will line up to draft Dohnovan West. He’s looked solid at center this season but still has questions regarding his anchor in pass protection.
93. Jarrett Patterson, OL, Notre Dame
Jarrett Patterson has played fine this season, and has guard-center versatility. He could be a mid round pick that starts in year one.
94. Nik Bonnito, EDGE, Oklahoma
A stand up rusher with a wicked first step and great speed around the edge, 3-4 defenses will definitely look at Nik Bonnito in the 2022 NFL Draft. He can dip and rip through contact to flatten his angle at the top of his rush.
95. Zachary Carter, DL, Florida
Line him up at three technique or five technique. Either way, Zachary Carter will be generating pressure. He’s had a very productive year for the Gators and could still rise in a talented class.
96. Jack Campbell, LB, Iowa
He’s got a high football IQ, great instincts against the run, and can handle things in coverage. Jack Campbell is one of the more well-rounded linebackers in the 2022 NFL Draft.
97. Rashad Wisdom, S, UTSA
The UTSA Roadrunners are playing fabulous football in 2021, and their secondary is a big reason why. Rashad Wisdom is a fun safety prospect with great range and closing speed, and has good ball production at the catch point.
98. Alec Pierce, WR, Cincinnati
Alec Pierce may be a one trick pony in terms of winning vertically at the catch point, but he’s got a big catch radius and good speed. There’s certainly a role for his skill set in the NFL.
99. John Michael Schmitz, OL, Minnesota
John Michael Schmitz is a very good center who should rise up the 2022 NFL Draft rankings across the draft world. He displays good initial quicks, great angles in the run game, and finishes consistently when reaching the second level.
100. Cole Turner, TE, Nevada
Why not round out the November edition of this 2022 NFL Draft Big Board with a fun tight end prospect. Cole Turner is strictly a receiving tight end, but he can be a vertical threat and red zone threat with his catch radius and ball skills.
