25. Tennessee Titans: Drake Jackson, EDGE, USC

The Titans have been a juggernaut on offense of late, and their defense has been generating pressure with stunts and a big year from Harold Landry. They haven’t found help outside of Landry, but they do here in this 2022 NFL Mock Draft. Drake Jackson is still learning the ins and outs of rushing the passer, but his athleticism brings with it a high ceiling.

26. Cincinnati Bengals: Trent McDuffie, CB, Washington

The Bengals have found their rhythm on both sides of the ball, and secured a major win over the Ravens. To maintain this level of play beyond 2021, getting help in the secondary is important. Trent McDuffie would be a great complement to Chidobe Awuzie, as he is a force against the run, a great tackler in space, and a menace at the catch point.

27. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Ahmad Gardner, CB, Cincinnati

The Buccaneers having the freedom to take the best player available is wild, and they get a great player in Ahmad Gardner. With Carlton Davis entering free agency in 2022, Gardner would bring that physical element back to Tampa, along with great instincts and awareness in zone coverage.

28. Detroit Lions (via LAR): Carson Strong, QB, Nevada

The Lions finally land their quarterback in this 2022 NFL Mock Draft, and still get one of the top ones. His mobility is limited, but Carson Strong brings everything else to the table. He’s excellent at reading defense pre-snap, has a rocket arm to challenge tight windows, and maneuvers the pocket well.
