Center. Iowa. 35. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Tyler Linderbaum. 23. player

The Tennessee Titans are back to being clear favorites in the AFC South after the acquisition of superstar wide receiver Julio Jones, who will pair very well with their young stud A.J. Brown. The offense looks set to still revolve heavily around Derrick Henry, but with the way Ryan Tannehill has played in Tennessee, balance could spell danger for the rest of the AFC.

The defense will get better in the long run, hopefully with a breakout for Jeffery Simmons on the interior. The secondary will feature a lot of young talent, including Amani Hooker at safety and the duo of Caleb Farley (once he’s healthy) and Elijah Molden.

The offensive line looks intact as well, provided that Dillon Radunz can be the answer at right tackle after the debacle that was Isaiah Wilson.

However, other than the tight end position, center is a position to watch this coming offseason and for the 2022 NFL Draft. Ben Jones is a free agent after the season, and the interior offensive line class could feature a couple studs. One of those is Iowa’s Tyler Linderbaum.

Linderbaum has great initial quicks and explosion out of his stance, and is a perfect fit for a zone scheme. He can get position well on reach blocks and does a great job finding second level defenders to seal off. The upside is high and he could make an impact right away.
