The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tennessee Titans will hold joint practices in the coming weeks. Could the two sides come together on any trades?

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tennessee Titans, for the time being, have plans to come together in August for some joint practices. NFL teams schedule these weeks of practices to give their players someone else to hit, a fresh new look on both sides of the ball, and a lot of times these joint practices can also be very beneficial for the front offices of both teams.

It’s certainly no requirement, but when you get a week to practice against another team, your pro scouts and general manager can get a really good look at the guys on the practice field for the opposing team. Joint practices typically will happen between two teams with already strong relationships in the front office, so you might see some trades go down between teams having these joint practices.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are fresh off of a Super Bowl victory. The Tennessee Titans, since inserting Ryan Tannehill in the starting lineup, have been a consistent contender in the AFC as well.

Titans head coach Mike Vrabel knows Buccaneers QB Tom Brady very well from their time together in New England and Titans GM Jon Robinson has worked with the Patriots and Buccaneers as well.

Needless to say, the relationships between these two teams are strong, and it wouldn’t be a shock to see the two sides come together on a trade.

Here are some options.
