2022 NFL mock draft: Texans pass on QB in QB-heavy predictions
The Buffalo Bills have really emphasized the trenches the past couple of years, and that theme continues here.
In the 2019 NFL Draft, Buffalo’s top two picks were defensive tackle Ed Oliver and offensive lineman Cody Ford.
Atop the 2020 NFL Draft, the Bills took defensive end AJ Epenesa.
They really loaded up in the 2021 NFL Draft with defensive linemen Gregory Rousseau and Carlos Basham Jr. as their top picks as well as offensive tackles Spencer Brown and Tommy Doyle with their next two selections.
It’s clear that upgrading in the trenches and getting key foundation pieces there is important to Buffalo lately, and Kenyon Green is a continuation of that.
An All-American for the Aggies in 2020, Green is the final player from the Texas A&M program selected in this first-round mock draft, but what a class!
Green is listed at 6-foot-4, 325 pounds, and he looks every bit of it.
He would be able to slide in for the Buffalo Bills at the left guard position and help them solidify that line for the foreseeable future.
