2022 NFL mock draft: Spencer Rattler leads fascinating QB class
2022 NFL mock draft: 27th pick
The Miami Dolphins had two first-round picks in the 2021 NFL Draft, two second-round picks, and a third-round pick.
Shockingly, none of those selections were spent on a running back.
It was almost put in Sharpie for the Dolphins to take Najee Harris with their second of two first-round picks in mock drafts, but the Dolphins didn’t take anyone until they selected Gerrid Doaks in the seventh round.
This Isaiah Spiller out of Texas A&M is a special back.
He’s got some of the quickest feet you will see, even seeing a ton of elite athletes at the running back position, and his acceleration is outstanding.
Spiller has already proven himself to be a dynamic pass-catching threat with 49 receptions in his first two seasons with the Aggies and he’s undoubtedly proven himself to be a stud as the bell cow back with 1,982 rushing yards and 19 touchdowns.
In the end, this could wind up being a hilariously low prediction for where Spiller will land in the 2022 NFL Draft.
