Washington Football Team: Final 7-round 2021 NFL mock draft

Trask is unlikely to fall outside the second round, there is even a slim chance some teams like him enough to take him in the first and get a fifth-year option on the Florida quarterback.
In Trask, Washington would get a player that would more than likely need to sit for a season and develop, which works well after signing Fitzpatrick this offseason. With a strong arm, Trask is a natural passer in the current NFL and has the ability to push the ball downfield, something Washington does and will do a lot with its current wideout core.
At 6-foot-4, Nico Collins is a massive wideout that displayed an impressive catch radius during his time at Michigan. However, it was clear that he was highly underused.
After not playing in his senior season, Collins essentially left college with only 78 catches for 1388 yards and 13 touchdowns in three years. He never topped 38 catches in a season but did have a six-touchdown season and a seven touchdown season for the Wolverines.
Collins will be picked based on his size and potential, but adding a big-bodied wideout to compliment Samuels and McClaurin could benefit all parties involved especially whoever players quarterback.
