Pittsburgh Steelers: Complete seven-round 2021 NFL mock draft
Pittsburgh Steelers 2021 NFL mock draft: Round 4, 128th overall
There may not be a prospect who has seen their stock suffer more in the past year than Shaun Wade. At this time last year, Wade felt like a guaranteed first-round selection in the 2021 NFL Draft but after an ugly 2020 season, he will likely be a Day 3 selection.
While Wade was bad in 2020, it is not difficult to see why. Wade was fantastic for the Buckeyes in past seasons at the slot cornerback position but immediately struggled when he moved outside. Perhaps he can get his mojo back with a full-time move back inside? The Steelers could certainly use some depth at both safety and slot cornerback and Wade certainly has some upside at both spots at the next level. Pittsburgh investing a fourth-round pick in him would make sense.

The Steelers have already done a nice job of improving their offensive line in this 2021 NFL mock draft, but there is still room for improvement. The offensive line is a position where teams should always be looking for value and the Steelers find that value in David Moore here in the fourth round.
Moore is a big and powerful interior offensive lineman who should be able to handle center and guard duties at the next level. He is an absolute road grader in the run game and also shows impressive instincts in pass protection. Moore primarily wins with power but he is quicker than you would expect for such a big man. While Moore may not be an immediate starter for Pittsburgh, he would provide immediate depth up front and plenty of long-term upside.

Nobody is better at finding value at the wide receiver position than the Pittsburgh Steelers. This team has a knack for finding impact talent at wide receiver and we should expect them to target the position at some point in the 2021 NFL Draft.
In this NFL mock draft, Anthony Schwartz is the pick for Pittsburgh with their third and final fourth-round pick. Schwartz is not a well-rounded wide receiver prospect but he has legitimately elite speed on the outside. Schwartz uses his speed to easily separate from man coverage and has some playmaking ability after the catch. While he is a bit of a raw talent, Schwartz’s speed undoubtedly gives him exciting upside at the wide receiver position.
