NFL mock draft 2021: 49ers snag Mac Jones; Broncos trade up for QB
2021 NFL mock draft: Round 1, 30th overall
The Buffalo Bills should be looking for players who can come in and help them compete immediately. They are serious contenders in the AFC and could easily make a deep run through the post-season next year. With this in mind, I would not be surprised to see them add Najee Harris to the mix if he is available at No. 30.
The Bills’ current combination of Devin Singletary and Zack Moss is solid but Harris would immediately take their rushing attackf to the next level. Harris is a big and bruising back who can pick up the tough yards on the inside and also shows impressive speed in the open field.
Harris also shows the ability to make an impact in the passing game. Simply put, he is an obvious upgrade over what they currently have on the roster and would undoubtedly make them better in the short term.
2021 NFL mock draft: Round 1, 31st overall
The Kansas City Chiefs have a massive hole at the left tackle position and Samuel Cosmi stands out as an ideal fit for the team. Cosmi is a quick and athletic offensive line prospect who is particularly impressive in pass protection. Not only do his strengths as a pass protector line up well with their pass-heavy offensive attack, but Cosmi also moves well in space, which would come in handy for a team, like the Chiefs, that loves to run a bunch of screens.
2021 NFL mock draft: Round 1, 32nd overall
With the final pick of this 2021 NFL mock draft, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers select Elijah Moore, a speedy wide receiver out of Ole Miss. The defending Super Bowl champions have done an incredible job of keeping their impressive roster intact, but Antonio Brown is still a free agent and Chris Godwin is only locked up through 2021. Wide receiver could easily be looked at as both an immediate and long-term need for this team.
Moore is a quick and explosive wide receiver prospect who shows impressive playmaking ability out of the slot. He is a smooth route runner who can create immediate separation in the short passing game and also shows playmaking ability as a deep receiver. Simply put, Moore is a gifted offensive playmaker whose skill-set would fit well in Tampa and he would help the team fill one of their few holes.
