The Cincinnati Bengals have had an up and down offseason thus far. Free agency saw them lose some major contributors on both sides of the football with the departures of Carl Lawson, A.J. Green, William Jackson, and several others.

They were able to remedy at least some of those losses with the signing of former New Orleans Saints defensive end, Trey Hendrickson, and made several veteran additions in the secondary as well. Even so, it still feels like the team didn’t get any better in free agency, so the attention then turns to the 2021 NFL Draft.

As things stand now, the Cincinnati Bengals have eight total picks to work with, with three of them coming within the first 69 picks of the draft. While those three selections will come with their fair share of expectations for the 2021 season, it’s the five Day-3 picks that could really make or break their class.

The Bengals have done well to land a few solid contributors in the later rounds of the draft in recent years with the selections of Auden Tate, Darius Phillips back in 2018, and 2020 fourth-rounder, Akeem Davis-Gaither.

With the 2021 NFL Draft class being so loaded with talent at several positions of need, Cincinnati will hope to continue that trend with this year’s class. Here are four late-round sleeper targets for the Cincinnati Bengals ahead of the 2021 NFL Draft.
