2021 NFL Mock Draft: 29th pick

29. player. 49. Scouting Report. Terrace Marshall. WR. LSU. Pick Analysis

Just a year after putting another chip on Aaron Rodgers’ shoulder by drafting Jordan Love, the Green Bay Packers finally get him some more help at wide receiver.

This year’s wide receiver class is ridiculous enough that, unless the Packers see a guy they can’t live without, they’re going to get a day one starter at pick number 29 overall.

Terrace Marshall is one of the most underrated players in this year’s class thanks to players like Justin Jefferson and Ja’Marr Chase getting more hype from evaluators and pundits.

The way Terrace Marshall is built is reminiscent of former NFL star receiver Brandon Marshall, but this guy moves a lot faster all over the field.

He ran a 4.38 at the LSU pro day at 6-foot-3, 205 pounds and he has shown his explosiveness throughout the past few seasons for the Tigers.

In his last 19 games, Marshall has 94 receptions and 23 touchdowns among them. He averaged over 15 yards per reception last season and showed he can get it done not only at the catch point but after the catch as well.

The Packers need to add another threat in the passing game opposite Davante Adams. Marshall has star power and would be a tremendous WR2 for them.
