Despite already have two promising young players at defensive tackle in
Neville Gallimore and Trysten Hill the Cowboys could still look to address this position in the 2021 NFL Draft.
One player the team has been rumored to have a strong interest in is Marvin Wilson of Florida State. Despite having a down year last season Wilson has the talent to develop into an NFL starter.

While the Cowboys are set at starting quarterback with Dak Prescott, they do need to find a backup quarterback. This is a need as Prescott is coming off a season-ending injury, and due to the fact, the team lost last year’s backup Andy Dalton to Chicago in free agency.
In Mond, the team finds a quarterback who has a similar playing style to Prescott and is an upgrade over current backup Cooper Rush.

This is another position the Cowboys bring someone in for depth purposes. The team is set with starters DeMarcus Lawrence and Randy Gregory but has very little behind these guys. In Chauncey Golston, the team gets a solid run stuffer who plays with a consistently high motor.
Another positive with Golston is he has the versatility to play either defensive end or defensive tackle in the NFL.
