Linebacker. Michigan. Cameron McGrone. 54. Pick Analysis. 3. player. Scouting Report

After the Nate Gerry signing with the 49ers, the Philadelphia Eagles linebacker situation is even direr than it’s been for the past couple of seasons. Ultimately, finding an impactful second-level defender is important for this defense, and the good news is that the 2021 NFL Draft has a good group at the position.

Cameron McGrone isn’t getting the hype of others at linebacker, but he can be an impact player found on day two. McGrone has athleticism in spades, and he can make plays from sideline to sideline. He has the agility to work in coverage and is a finisher as a tackler. McGrone should be higher on radars, but he’s good value here for the Eagles.

Scouting Report. Offensive Line. 3. player. Pick Analysis. Wisconsin-Whitewater. Quinn Meinerz. 54

The offensive line for the Philadelphia Eagles looks solid for 2020, but beyond that, there are some concerns. Jason Kelce could be on his way out in 2022, and there are still questions with left tackle Andre Dillard. Isaac Seumalo is also a replacement-level starter.

Quinn Meinerz has been one of the darlings of the draft process, especially after his showing at the Senior Bowl down in Mobile. He has the temperament of a starting interior player in the NFL. Meinerz has great power at the point of attack, dominated lower-level competition, and is a fierce competitor. Even if he doesn’t start in 2021, he will in 2022.
