2021 NFL Draft grade: Sixth round

Duke’s Chris Rumph has proven over the past few years that he knows how to get after the passer having recorded 17.5 sacks over the past three seasons. He also shows he has the athletic ability to make it in the NFL.

Unfortunately, he doesn’t offer a ton other than pass-rushing ability. With his light frame, he has a tough time holding up vs. the run and also was not asked to drop much into coverage for the Blue Devils.

13. Hamilcar Rashed Jr., Oregon State
6-foot-3, 254 pounds
2021 NFL Draft grade: Sixth round

Oregon State outside linebacker Hamilcar Rashed Jr. has had an up and down college career. In 2019 he finished third in the nation with 14 sacks and set an Oregon State record with 22.5 tackles for loss.

However, this past season he only accounted for 23 tackles and two tackles for loss. He has also helped out on the Beavers special teams units which will help him when it comes to making it in the NFL. Unfortunately, his lack of elite athleticism and questionable drive could limit his effectiveness in the NFL.
