Buffalo Bills 7-round mock draft: Chasing a championship
Buffalo Bills mock draft: Round 6, 211th overall
The Buffalo Bills go back to the defensive line in the sixth round of this 2021 NFL mock draft, adding Kansas State edge rusher Wyatt Hubert to the mix up front. Hubert is an exciting ball of energy on the edge who fires off of the ball quickly and shows explosive upfield burst. He is an extremely hard-working player who has exciting upside as a speed rusher and can hold his own as a run defender.
Buffalo Bills mock draft: Round 7, 234th overall
With their final pick of this mock draft, the Buffalo Bills select Chris Evans. No, not Captain America, the running back out of Michigan.
Evans struggled to stay on the field in college, missing the entire 2019 season due to an academic suspension and was only used sparingly this past season. However, when Evans was on the field for Michigan, he showed impressive skills as a ball carrier and the ability to make an impact as a pass-catcher out of the backfield.
Evans is a dense running back prospect who does a great job of keeping his pads low through contact. He is powerful at the point of attack, does a great job of keeping his feet moving through contact and has a knack for maintaining his balance at all times. Evans is also a quick and decisive runner who hits the hole quickly and shows a bit of wiggle in space.
Devin Singletary and Zach Moss come together to form a solid running back duo for the Bills. That being said, the team could certainly use some depth at the position and Evans is simply too much of a value to ignore in this range.
