NFL mock draft 2021: Panthers, Patriots, Bears get aggressive for QBs
2021 NFL mock draft: Round 2, 44th overall
The Kansas City Chiefs already had major needs across their offensive line entering the offseason. Earlier this week, their offensive line situation became even shakier when they released starting tackles Eric Fisher and Mitchell Schwartz. The Chiefs desperately need to attack this offensive line need this offseason.
Alex Leatherwood is a big and powerful offensive lineman who shines as a run blocker and holds up well in pass protection. He performed well at both tackle and guard in college but appears to be a better fit inside at the next level. Either way, the Chiefs have needs all across their offensive line and adding Leatherwood would help.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have already found their franchise quarterback and made impact additions to their secondary in this 2021 NFL mock draft. With this pick, they address their obvious tight end need with the selection of Pat Freiermuth.
Freiermuth is an extremely talented and well-rounded tight end prospect who shines as a receiver in the middle of the field. He creates well after the catch, is a strong receiver in contested-catch situations and is a very good blocking tight end. In Freiermuth, the Jaguars find a gifted player who could come in and immediately help Trevor Lawrence.
2021 NFL mock draft: Round 2, 46th overall
The linebacker position stands out as a major position of need for the Philadelphia Eagles and Zaven Collins would be a great value pick in this range. Collins is a big and strong linebacker who moves extremely well for his size. He is an impressive playmaker on the second level who is strong against the run, a weapon in the blitz game and a playmaker in pass coverage. The Eagles find an extremely gifted player at a position of need with this pick.
