2021 NFL mock draft: Round 2, 38th overall

Pick Analysis. OT. 38. player. 56. Scouting Report. North Dakota State. Dillon Radunz

The Cincinnati Bengals decided against addressing their offensive line in the first round of this 2021 NFL mock draft but the unit undoubtedly needs a lot of work. Protecting Joe Burrow has to be the priority for this team this offseason and the Bengals find a nice player who can help here in the second round.

Dillon Radunz is an athletic offensive tackle prospect who moves his feet well in pass protection and does a great job of remaining patient. In the run game, Radunz is a tough and physical competitor who has the power to move the defender out of the way and drive him down the field. Overall, he is a rock-solid offensive tackle prospect who could come in and provide immediate value to the Bengals’ shaky offensive line situation.

2021 NFL mock draft: Round 2, 39th overall

59. Pick Analysis. IOL. 39. Scouting Report. Oklahoma. Creed Humphrey. player

After trading down from No. 3 earlier in this NFL mock draft, the Miami Dolphins have an extra second-round selection to work with here. This team has started to put together a strong offensive line unit but they still have work to do. Creed Humphrey is a strong center prospect who the Dolphins could bring in to lead the unit from the inside.

Humphrey is a tough and physical offensive lineman who strikes out quickly and does a great job of using leverage to his avantage. Humphrey is a smart football player who understands blitz pickup well and is a strong leader in the middle of the offensive line. He could be the missing piece to put this unit over the top.

2021 NFL mock draft: Round 2, 40th overall

Scouting Report. 40. player. 45. Ifeatu Melifonwu. Pick Analysis. CB. Syracuse

The Denver Broncos did not address their cornerback need in the first round of this mock draft but they are able to find value at the position here in the second round. Ifeatu Melifonwu is a big and long cornerback prospect who moves extremely well for a player of his size. Melifonwu shines in press-man coverage and shows great instincts when playing zone. He has exciting upside at the next level and could quickly grow into a premier outside cornerback for this team.
