2021 NFL mock draft: Round 1, 23rd overall

Azeez Ojulari. player. Pick Analysis. Georgia. 23. 30. Scouting Report. EDGE

The New York Jets must improve their ability to create pressure with the front four under new head coach Robert Saleh. While they have some dudes on the interior, this team lacks impact edge rushers and this is an obvious position that needs to be addressed this offseason. With their second first-round selection of this NFL mock draft, the Jets add some impact talent on the edge by bringing in Azeez Ojulari.

Ojulari is a long and athletic edge defender who gets off of the ball quickly and shows explosive upfield burst. He is an exciting speed rusher who can bend around the corner and attack the quarterback, but he also is a tough and physical player who sets the edge well and shows strong instincts against the run. Ojulari is an extremely well-rounded edge defender who undoubtedly has exciting upside at the next level. He would quickly become an impact player for Saleh and the Jets.

2021 NFL mock draft: Round 1, 24th overall

player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Alabama. 24. IOL. Landon Dickerson. 28

The Las Vegas Raiders continue to lose players on the offensive line this offseason and it is starting to seem likely that they address the unit in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft. In this mock draft, Landon Dickerson is the pick for Las Vegas after they traded down a few spots earlier.

Dickerson was one of the best players in college football this past season, absolutely dominating for Alabama at the center position. He is a mean and nasty offensive lineman who is absolutely dominant at the point of attack. He is a road grader as a run blocker and shows great instincts in pass protection.

Dickerson is coming off of a major knee injury that he suffered late last season, but as long as his medicals check out, he is undoubtedly a first-round-worthy player. He dominated at center this past season but showed fantastic versatility throughout his college career. Dickerson would likely be a guard for the Raiders and as long as he checks out medically, would be able to come in and be an immediate impact starter for the team.
