In this case, he goes to the Tennessee Titans to play for Mike Vrabel, a guy Van Noy has even been compared to in the past because of his versatility.
The Titans undoubtedly need help in the pass rush department, and Van Noy can help there obviously. They also might have a need at off-ball linebacker if Jayon Brown departs in free agency.
Van Noy could come in and play in Vrabel’s defense, which will be familiar to him having just played for Brian Flores in Miami and Bill Belichick in New England before that.
