NFL Free Agency 2021: Predicting one move for all 32 teams
Bonus: Dolphins sign EDGE Romeo Okwara
The Miami Dolphins cutting Kyle Van Noy gives me a little bit of pause when looking at the possibility of giving them a couple of big free agent names, but I’m going to press onward anyway.
The Dolphins have to find a way to support Tua Tagovailoa with Ryan Fitzpatrick likely leaving in 2021 free agency.
Tua needs weapons to throw the ball to and a player like Will Fuller would be a really interesting fit for him in Miami.
Despite an inability to consistently stay healthy, Fuller has been consistently one of the best deep threats in the NFL since he was drafted, and one of the best touchdown scorers per touch in the game.
Although he has just 209 career receptions, he has 24 touchdown grabs. A touchdown on every nine touches, roughly?
That is production.
The Dolphins would obviously have to protect themselves with Fuller’s injury history but he would be a fun addition.
On the defensive side, a player like Romeo Okwara would be a really fun addition if the Dolphins could get him at the right price. Okwara is one of the most underrated edge players in football and he could make a very underrated defensive front even better in Miami.
