The Ravens’ defensive front is getting a little bit old, so they might try to find some solutions in the middle rounds of the 2021 NFL Draft to supplement those veterans.

Osa Odighizuwa has a wrestling background and he put it to good use with the UCLA Bruins, racking up 120 total tackles, 27.5 tackles for loss, and 11.5 sacks over four years.

I really like his potential at the next level moving around the defensive interior and playing with leverage, strength, effort, and quickness.

If the Ravens ultimately give in to Orlando Brown’s alleged trade request (apparently he wants to play left tackle full-time, and the Ravens have a pretty good one of those) then there are some strong options on day two of the draft, and probably even into day three.

One of the options I really like for the Ravens, especially in this kind of scenario, is Ole Miss right tackle Royce Newman who put together a nice week at the Senior Bowl and has some really strong reps on tape against tough defensive linemen and edge players.

The Ravens are a run-first team and Newman excels at bullying people in the running game.
