2021 NFL Draft: Round 2, 37th overall
One of the bigger tasks for the Philadelphia Eagles this offseason is to find someone to play opposite Darius Slay. In Newsome, the Eagles will be getting a big physical corner who has shown good ball skills. The biggest issue with Newsome is that he has battled his share of injuries which is why he will likely fall to the second round.
2021 NFL Draft: Round 2, 38th overall
While wide receiver is not a tremendous need for the Cincinnati Bengals they do need to add a deep threat to go along with Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd. In Purdue’s Rondale Moore they are getting one of the fastest receivers in the 2021 NFL Draft, and a player who can take the top of any defense he sees.
2021 NFL Draft: Round 2, 39th overall
This is a need for the Carolina Panthers as both of the team’s starting offensive tackles Taylor Morton and Russell Okung are free agents this offseason. Texas offensive tackle Samuel Cosmi would fill one of these positions as the athletic offensive tackle has the ability to play either left or right tackle.
2021 NFL Draft: Round 2, 40th overall
In the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos added cornerback Patrick Surtain II. The team goes back to the defensive side of the ball in the second round this time adding a middle linebacker. This is a need as the team needs to find someone to pair with Josey Jewell in the team 3-4 defense and the hard-hitting Nick Bolton would be an ideal fit.
