Davis Mills, QB, Stanford

Davis Mills is a former five-star prospect who saw limited time on the field during his four-year career at Stanford. While Mills only made 11 starts throughout his college career, he did show a nice skill-set that theoretically could translate well to the next level.

It seems unlikely that the Las Vegas Raiders would heavily invest in the quarterback position this offseason, but taking a late-round flier on a guy like Mills in the 2021 NFL Draft would not be a bad plan of attack.

Mills has a big arm, shows great decision-making ability and flashes brilliant accuracy, especially in the short-to-intermediate range. Simply put, Mills has exciting upside at the next level and would be an ideal developmental quarterback for a team like the Raiders. Mills would not be an immediate threat to Derek Carr, but with proper development, he could grow into a potential starting option for the Raiders down the line.

Frank Darby, WR, Arizona State

Wide receiver does not stand out as a major position of need for the Las Vegas Raiders. However, if they lose Nelson Agholor in free agency, that could change quickly. Whether the Raiders are able to retain Agholor or not, they could certainly use some depth at the wide receiver position.

Frank Darby stands out as a fantastic late-round target in the 2021 NFL Draft and a guy who could bring some juice to the Raiders’ offensive attack. Darby is an alpha at the wide receiver position who plays the game with intense competitiveness.

He is a dynamic deep threat who tracks the ball in the air extremely well and also shines in contested-catch situations. Darby is not the biggest or most explosive wide receiver prospect in the 2021 NFL Draft class. This guy is simply a playmaker who always seems to get the job done. If nothing else, Darby would be a strong depth addition for the Las Vegas Raiders.
