3. player. 124. Pick Analysis. Notre Dame. Daelin Hayes. Scouting Report. EDGE

Not to harp on the Super Bowl too much, but even with Frank Clark and Chris Jones on the defensive line, the Kansas City Chiefs struggled to get pressure on Brady all night. In fact, they only created quick pressure on 10 percent of the snaps, so finding someone who can rush the passer and take pressure off Clark and Jones would be helpful.

Daelin Hayes maybe didn’t jump out for everyone at the Senior Bowl, but his length, bend, and quickness off the edge was good to see. Hayes also looks comfortable dropping into coverage when needed. He’d be a fine addition to the defensive line here in round three.

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Offensive Line. David Moore. 4. player. 124. Grambling State

The offensive line isn’t fixed just yet after adding Jenkins in the first round. Making sure that interior pressure doesn’t get to Mahomes is paramount moving into next season. The Chiefs have a lot of free agents along the offensive line in 2021, and Laurent Duvernay-Tardif could be gone in 2022.

David Moore is someone who should climb up draft boards after his performance in Mobile. The Grambling State interior lineman stopped opponents in their tracks in 1v1s. He showed impressive grip strength and power and barely gave up any ground. Combine that with his toughness and footwork, and you’ve got a future starter for quite some time.
